The York-Adams League in Region 4 is the largest single division league in the state with eighteen teams competing. Northeastern (12-0) and Southwestern York (9-0-1) boast undefeated records and sit at first and second in the league. Pleasureville (10-2, 2 games back) and Dallastown (9-2, 2.5 games back) follow closely behind. With the regular season winding down, just a few games separate a handful of teams in Region 4's Dauphin County League. Paxton leads the league with a 6-1-1 record. Trailing closely behind is Upper Dauphin (5-1-1) at a half game back. Susquehanna Township (6-4-0) and Lingelstown (4-3-2) round out the top half of the league at 1.5 and 2 games back, respectively. Penn Manor continues to pace the Lancaster County League in Region 4, sitting atop the standings with a 5-1 record. Ephrata, just a game back at 3-1, currently sits in second place. Rounding out the top half of the league are Conestoga Valley (3-2) and Manheim Township (3-3). Also currently at 0.500 is Lititz (1-1) and Quarryville (2-2) as Columbia (3-5) and Lancaster (0-5) look to make a mid-season push up the standings.

Schedules for the Lancaster County League and Cumberland County League have been added to the site. As with many other leagues around the state, several games have been postponed due to high school playoffs.

The Cumberland County League is down to its final four teams, with a pair of games slated for Monday. Hampden Township and Red Land square off in a loser's bracket contest while New Cumberland and Silver Spring are scheduled to meet in the tournament's winner's bracket final. The loser of the winner's bracket final will take on the winner of the other game, with the winner of that ensuing game taking on the tournament's unbeaten team.

Cumberland County
Hampden Township qualified as one of the league's two entrants with the regular season title. They defeated Red Land 11-0 in the league championship. Red Land earned the league's second spot by topping Mechanicsburg to earn a berth into the championship game and regional round. Last year, Southwestern York captured the league crown and performed well at the regional tournament, winning two games. Region Four's Lebanon County League will begin its 2012 season on June 2nd. The six team circuit is comprised of Annville, Campbelltown, Fredericksburg, Myerstown, Richland, and Lebanon's Fifth Ward. Annville and Fredericksburg represented the league a year ago at regionals, which were hosted at Fredericksburg's Earl Wenger Field.
