District 11 League Tournament Underway

The District 11 League of Region 5 has begun its postseason tournament.  The results and the upcoming schedule are posted below.


Opening Round (single elimination)

  • South Scranton 5, Carbondale/Lakeland 4
  • Dickson City 8, Moscow 4

Semifinal Round (best-of-three series)

Game 1 Results
  • South Scranton 11, Hawley 7 (South Scranton leads series 1-0)
  • Green Ridge 3, Dickson City 2 (Green Ridge leads series 1-0)
Game 2 Results
  • Dickson City defeated Green Ridge (Series tied 1-1)
Game 3 Results
  • Dickson City 19, Green Ridge 7 (Dickson City wins series 2-1)

Championship Round (best-of-three series)

Sunday's Game
  • South Scranton @ Dickson City (Game 1)
