The York-Adams League in Region 4 is the largest single division league in the state with eighteen teams competing. Northeastern (12-0) and Southwestern York (9-0-1) boast undefeated records and sit at first and second in the league. Pleasureville (10-2, 2 games back) and Dallastown (9-2, 2.5 games back) follow closely behind. Glen Rock (6-2, 4 games back), Wrightsville (6-3, 4.5 games back) and Red Lion (6-4, 5 games back) round out the teams with a winning record on the season.
Bermudian Springs (4-5), New Oxford (3-4-1), and Dover (3-4) are all 6.5 games behind Northeastern for the top spot. Hanover (4-6) and Spring Grove (1-3) both trail by seven games while Suburban York (3-7) and Shiloh (3-7) are eight games back. Rounding out the league standings are Gettysburg (3-8, 8.5 games back), York (3-11, 10 games back), Stewartstown (2-11, 10.5 games back), and Dillsburg (0-8, 10 games back).
